1. Acceptance of terms

By using the AutoFlowOneClick website and service ("Service", "we"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of service

AutoFlowOneClick is a tool that helps users generate AI video scripts and content, synthesize voiceover audio, render finished video files, and publish content to social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) that the user connects and instructs themselves. This Service is a content production and publishing tool only; we do not own any social media platform, and successful publication depends on the destination platform's own policies.

3. User accounts and packages

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• The Service offers multiple package tiers (Starter, Standard, Premium/VIP) with different credit limits, video quality, and features as listed on the website at the time of purchase

4. Credits and payment

• Using content-generation features deducts credits at rates shown in the system, depending on video quality and number of platforms selected
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Binance Pay, Opn Payments); we do not directly store your card or wallet details
• Purchased credits are non-refundable in cash except where caused by an error on our part, assessed case by case

5. Social media connections

• You choose to connect your own TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/Instagram accounts via each platform's official OAuth flow
• You may disconnect at any time from your account settings page
• You are responsible for complying with each destination platform's own terms (e.g. TikTok Community Guidelines, YouTube Terms of Service)

6. AI-generated content

• Content, scripts, and voiceovers generated by AI may contain inaccuracies; users are responsible for reviewing accuracy before publishing
• Users are solely responsible for content they choose to publish through this Service, including compliance with copyright, trademark, and third-party rights laws
• You may not use this Service to create or publish illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harmful content

7. Intellectual property

Content you create through the Service belongs to you. However, copyrighted music, audio, or footage referenced in content generation (e.g. a song title mentioned in a prompt) remains the property of its original rights holder. You are responsible for verifying usage rights before public distribution.

8. Limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for damages arising from disruptions to third-party services (e.g. TikTok API, Google API) beyond our control
• We are not liable for the outcomes of user-published content, including suspension of social media accounts by destination platforms

9. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used unlawfully, or compromise system security, without prior notice where necessary.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
